As part of your report, you need to define the different roles within health care and their job classifications. Some examples of members of the health care team include the following:
- Doctors
- Physician assistants
- Nurses
- Pharmacists
- Dentists
- Technologists and technicians
- Therapists and rehabilitation specialists
- Emotional, social, and spiritual support providers
- Administrative and support staff
- Community health workers
- Patient navigators
Begin with a blank template for Unit 3 Individual Project, and answer the following:
- Point 1: Who is in a “health care team”?
- Point 2: How do the various “health care team members communicate and work together”?
- Point 3: What would you suggest to “improve staffing and delegations within the health care team”?
- Point 4: Find a “health care team organizational chart,” and insert it into bullet 4.
- Point 5: Choose your favorite role on a health care team, and describe the reasons for your choice.
Once you have collected 5 bullet points on the health care team, add your 5 refined Discussion Board bullet points. You now have 10 bullet points, or the content for the third part of your final presentation.
