    2. Compare your own cultural background with one other national culture, say Brazil or China. Describe the influences of cultural differences on your managerial behaviors against the other national’s managerial behaviors, such as decision making, risk taking, and organizational loyalty.
    3. How might different ethical philosophies influence how managers make decisions when it comes to offshoring of job? List different ethical philosophies and apply them in reasoning whether offshoring decision is ethical.
