This is an interesting statement I found in the article about MBAs:  Many have suggested that MBA programs focus far too heavily on quantitatively based analytical techniques to the detriment of “soft skills,” such as interpersonal and communication skills, which are essential for managers (e.g., Jenkins & Reizenstein, 1984; Porter & McKibbin, 1988; Simpson, 2006)
