If the four pillars are trust, respect, support and communication then a lot of conflict can be minimize. My argument are that no matter how huge the conflict is through a good communication based on respect people can overcome misunderstanding,  then if you show employees involved in conflict that you trust them and need them to achieve the goal of the team ,there is a lot of chance they will leave the conflict behind and work for the team. Basically once the leader or the Manager show the example of applying those 4 pillars he can fix problems and encourage everyone to bring a working and professional spirit.

 

The healthcare system has many challenges in addition to recognizing and addressing obstacle that may delay or interfere with quality of care, productivity and relationships within and outside the organization.  As a health care leader to minimize conflict understanding the significance of each and that the four pillars are equally important. The pillars all go hand and hand one requires the other in all situations positive or negative.  To minimize or resolve conflict and decrease negativity I must utilize each one effectively and continuously maintain each throughout my leadership position.
