Define Earned Value and state its benefits to the Project Manager.
You are required to make a minimum of 3 discussion postings during the week: You are to post an answer to the discussion question (“initial post”) and post two responses to other students’ posts (“response posts”) which includes a substantive commentary on their answer (e.g., supplement with additional information and/or examples, provide a critique and/or counter examples, ask probing questions, etc.).
The following grading criteria will be used to grade your posts:
1. Each post must be at least 100 words long or it receives no credit. Only posts meeting the 100-word requirement will be graded.
2. The initial posting must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Saturday night. The two response posts are due Sunday night at 11:59 pm. Any late postings receive a 20% deduction per day.
3. The initial post must include two scholarly references, cited and referenced using APA style. Note: No wiki or blog references
